About Us
Our Baker (Me)
The Ten of Tarts was founded in 2021, after being disappointed one last time with a package of butter tarts purchased my my husband and myself. Having baked all my life, butter tarts were something I just hadn't tried to make. So, I decided that day to make the tart I wanted, and The ten of Tarts was born! My tarts have now won many awards from crust, to filling, best non-traditional, to Best overall tart at the Burlington Butter Tart Festival, and first place for my Original Plain at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair 2023! I will not compromise my tarts and choose to use only pure butter for the filling and the crust, Certified Organic Pure Maple Syrup, fresh eggs and top quality ingredients! I work very hard to bring the finest of tarts to your table and will continue to come up with creative varieties. I sincerely hope you love them and all the other treats I make!
Order Ahead, Pick up or local delivery
Special orders suck as Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free Tarts have to be ordered with a minimum of 2 days notice. Local Pickup and Local Delivery avaiIible. I ensure that your sweet experience brings a sigh of delight to your day! home made butter tarts
Pre Order to Pickup at an Event
If you would like to, place your order online and pick it up at any of the Events that I am participating in! This ensures I will have everything you want at the Show. I don't bring all items to all shows, I hope you understand :)
